The website is confusing, how do I book for colour if I want a “silk press”?
When booking coloring services that require an additional service, always book the color first, and anything else can be added on. This will streamline the process and prevent the need for two separate appointments. For example, if you have locs, book the color first, and services like retwisting or interlocking can be added on. 
I just want a haircut but no styling. How do I go about booking that?
When booking a haircut, it's essential that we know exactly how you want your hair styled afterward. This is because it could add an extra hour to the service and may be difficult to fit in if I’m fully booked. If you need a wash & go, make sure to book it as an add-on, especially since I may need to see how your natural curls react after the cut. If it’s not booked, an extra charge will be added to cover the cost.
Not sure what to book for my color appointment. Should it send a DM?

What are the workings hours on ALT
Thank you for choosing ALT. Our working hours are from Wednesday to Saturday, with limited availability on other days, especially during the holiday season (December - Christmas period). As we are a one-person operation, appointment availability can sometimes be limited. We kindly ask that you adhere to the scheduled appointment times. If your request is urgent, please send us an email, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Otherwise, please book within the services and times provided. We kindly ask that you refrain from inquiring about availability on days outside of the scheduled hours, such as Mondays, when no appointments are allotted.
