"Welcome to ALT! My name is Lois, I’m Ghanaian-Italian, and 2023 I created this brand cenetred around diversity and inclusion. Initially, I started as an all-inclusive hairdresser, but over time, I discovered my true passion for textured hair. The industry often overlooks this community, and I wanted to make a difference by inspiring others to believe that anything is possible with textured hair—as long as we have the patience and dedication.
My chair is a safe space for my queer family, and my mission is to bring your vision to life. I’m deeply grateful to my friends, supporters, and coworkers who’ve encouraged and supported me along the way. I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me next!
