If you are new to color services, a consultation is required prior to booking your appointment. During the consultation, a skin test will be conducted to ensure you are not allergic to the color. Following the skin test, your appointment may be scheduled after a 48-hour waiting period to allow sufficient time for the results. 

If you are under 16, we will need a consenting adult to show up for the colour appointment. It is essential that a skin test is done beforehand, and the hairdresser will assess if this is something that is achievable or best to wait until later on.

It’s best to book a consultation, as this allows me to assess your individual preferences and hair type to provide personalized advice. While I can offer guidance based on an inspiration idea or general direction of what you're looking for, the consultation ensures we choose the color that you desire most.

At ALT, we believe in helping you explore new looks and embrace the most vibrant version of yourself. If you're not satisfied with the color after your appointment, we are happy to discuss the possibility of a redo or make adjustments on the same day to ensure you're happy with the result.
