What happens if I am running late?
If you are running late to your appointment, there is a grace period of up to 20 minutes. After this, a late fee of £10 will be applied to your appointment. If you are more than 30 minutes late, especially if no prior communication has been established, your appointment may be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
I cancelled my appointment more than 48 hours in advance. Can I get a refund?"??
If you cancel your appointment more than 48 hours in advance, you will receive a refund for your deposit within 5 to 7 business days. However, if the cancellation is made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.
What is the deposit policy for my appointment?
A 35% deposit of the full payment is required when booking your appointment. Deposits are refundable if you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. The remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment and can be paid by card or cash.
How far in advance should I book my appointment?
It’s recommended to book your appointment at least 1 to 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred time and date. However, availability may vary, so booking early ensures the best chance of getting your desired slot.
